We drove down from Orillia becasue we had been told that Hollys had the best desserts and fresh baked break.
Well our friends were 100% correct! Well worth the drive from Orillia.

We ordered our first gluten-free cake on Easter weekend, and what a hit! Not only did it look incredible, but the flavor was delicious! I'm going by tomorrow to order another for a weekend birthday party, as well as any other gluten-free goodies they can create for me. Holly's is now our 'special times/treats' bakery!

when we moved to Barrie from vaughn we missed the pastries we used to get, then we found Hollys and the sweets are the best in town. The fresh breads are amazing and always on our table when company comes up, by far the best treats in barrie.
